Bradford City Set to Offer Cheapest Season Tickets in the UK

One of the small benefits of seeing your team slip from the champagne dreams of Premiership football, to the super market brand cider of League Two in six years — is the relief on your bank account.
Bradford City’s first appearance in the English League’s bottom division for 25 years has led to a change in manager, and good news for any fans frustrated by the current price of watching live football.
In an attempt to boost immediate promotion, the club will, for a short time, offer adult season tickets for a mere 138 pounds (roughly 270 dollars). That’s only six pounds (almost twelve dollars) a game. The cost for children aged 11 to 15 will be 69 pounds (three pounds a game). Those under 11 can get in for free. Not too bad a deal I reckon.
For comparison purposes, an Arsenal season ticket in their ‘club level’ is two thousand five hundred pounds. Or one hundred and thirty one pounds a game. Ouch.
