Oldham Athletic Prepared to Give Jailed Player Lee Hughes a Second Chance

I remember when all Lee Hughes was known for was banging in goals for The Baggies. I also remember when he was sent to prison under tragic circumstances.
Now, three years into a six year sentence, Hughes is to be released from prison straight back into his former career with Oldham Athletic. A decision described by the local paper as “Jailhouse Shock!”.
He’s sure to take buckets of abuse from opposing fans. [Spotted on Pies]
