Pop Star Robbie Williams Helps Port Vale With Their New Shirt Sponsorship Deal
By: Nick | May 24th, 2007
Not content with merely being a Port Vale fan and now shareholder in the League one outfit, Red Bull guzzling singer Robbie Williams has apparently used his weight (no pun intended) in the music industry to help secure a nice little shirt sponsorship deal for the club.
Next season, the players’ shirts will carry the logo of German audio equipment maker Senneiser — hardy the type of company you’d expect to see associated with League Two football in all honesty.
It’s a record deal for The Valiants — and just might help the players produce the sweet music needed for a run to The Championship (sorry).

Went to Stoke recently. Bit scary really. Great theatre but too many drunks roaming the streets. However brill meal in Portofino…highly recommend it. Anyway, shirts are a good start…but more importantly a NEW STADIUM would be nice. Why have Stoke City got the works…is it that the players are afraid to get wet? x x x
