Might a Name From the Past be Coming to Rescue Leeds United?

revie.jpg We now know that Leeds’ Champions League semi-final appearance in 2001 was all a facade — the true glory years for the club were the early 1970’s, when legendary figure Don Revie was piling up trophies.

Well, the name Revie might be back at Leeds soon, should the son of the former manager succeed in his aim to wrestle the club away from the hugely unpopular Ken Bates.

With fans “looking forward” to the new harsh reality of League One — most will be hoping for some much needed good news in the tug of war for precious ownership of Leeds United. For few supporters have suffered as much of late.
