Badge of the Week - Birmingham City

I just hope that the powers that be at Birmingham City don’t have a bout of insanity and decide to update this classic club badge. Something about it just says the 1970’s to me - probably because I first fell in live with it in my football sticker collecting youth.
One of the coolest things I’ve discovered is that it was designed by a fan. How many club’s can boast that? It’s just the simplicity that strikes me - nothing too fancy to clutter up the team shirt. Also, the football actually looks like a football - unlike Spurs’ new badge, where the ball clearly more resembles a basketball!
