Bruce Urges Blues Fans to Cheer Up

Poor Steve Bruce – born with the face only a mother could love, it seems he just can’t make the fans happy these days – despite Birmingham firmly pushing for promotion back to the Premiership.
They lie second in The Championship today, yet attracted a seasons low crowd at the weekend (likely not helped by the bizarre 11.30 am kick-off). Plus those who did show up were quite willing to express their displeasure with the managers tactics.
It’s all a bit strange really with the team obviously doing quite well – imagine the sense of doom if they were struggling against relegation – the fans might show up with nooses.
