Leeds United Latest — Ken Bates Finally Wins, But Many Lose

In a landslide victory with 0.2% more votes than required (ahem) to gain victory in his quest to ruin regain control of the club, Ken Bates will now pay back the 1300 debtees a mere one penny for every pound they are owed. We’re not talking massive corporations here either, for some of those losing out are:
Window Cleaners
A Mobile Disco
A Local Balloon Supplier
The decision might yet be challenged in court. No word yet if the court room will have clean windows, balloons inside and disco music playing during proceedings.
